Stayed here with our two small children. The room was so clean and spacious could use a little table other than that the location was perfect, steps to the beach, steps to the pelham restaurants, little cafe shop steps away and a short drive to other excellent restaurants. The car was right outside our door. As parents we know how much stuff we carry around so the convenience of this place was A+.It was so quiet and the staff was so attentive and helpful. The pool was a great plus our kids loved it. We will definitly stay here again.
Great spot with a 2-minute walk to the beach. Great ice cream, bakery/coffee, and food just 12 minute walk away. Service was great—the housekeeper gave my kids some extra beach toys. So kind. Rooms comfy. We had 2 adults and 2 little kids in a double. Pillows were a bit firm—would bring my own next time. Otherwise a big hit—will definitely be back.
Clean and the room smells great. Got a great deal online that they actually honored, unlike certain other bait-and-switch NE beach hotels. Contactless check in and a room opened with a PIN number is fantastic. You can go to the beach without worrying about losing your hotel key.
Small but stunningly pristine room! Checked in at 10 PM after a long drive with my children to find an incredibly clean room that, quite honestly, looked as though it was just renovated. To say it is spotless is an understatement! Perfect sized television for the space although because of our late arrival we didn't use it at all. Heater/air conditioner is a bit loud but pretty standard for a hotel unit. Room appears as it does in the photos although smaller. We were happy to see a microwave and a Keurig in the room that wasn't listed as an amenity. The room is very bare bones but for the price and location I was very pleasantly surprised. Definitely planning on a return trip!
1st time staying here So glad we did we had the king size room and it was so nice and big and spotless. Room was so cute and comfy and the bed and pillows were perfect. Very easy to check in and check out The pool looked nice we didn't get to use it so to the weather. And acces to the beach is a few steps away. Definitely will come back
We just finished our first stay here. The owner was so accommodating and nice! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and the rooms were SO CLEAN when we arrived! The place looked brand new. We especially loved the contactless check in, code to get into our room, steps away from the beach, dinning and the pool! It was quite literally the best location for a cape cod stay! | even had an issue when I originally booked through Priceline, and they fixed it, and even gave me a refund for what I had OVERPAID! My recommendation is, to book through kingfisher ocean side's website directly!! We stayed in a single room with 2 full beds (we were 3 adults). The rooms were on the smaller side BUT it didn't matter, it was exactly what we needed. It had everything we needed and we basically only slept in the rooms. So it was perfect. Again, I must say we were blown away by how clean and new everything was! And how accommodating the owner was. It was a nice change from what we are used to dealing with other cape rentals. The only thing I wish there was in walking distance, was a little convenient store that sold milk, or other quick items. But really, Starbucks and the grocery store is only a 8 minute drive down the road. Overall our 4 day stay was a 10/10. We wouldn't have changed a thing! Thank you Tim for running such a wonderful motel! Photos are from when we left, it was much nicer when we arrived but I forgot to take photos!
Stopped here for a couple nights. Incredible value. Across the street from the beach. Comfortable and cozy. Everything is nearby. Highly recommend! Other places were 2x - 5x the price. The front desk will text you when your room Is ready and all the info you need to get in your room and get on the WiFi. They also text daily to see if you need new towels or anything at all. Glad we found this place.
Updated grounds and rooms. Very clean, easy parking. Room was renovated and clean with a beach feel. stayed in a double bed room but there was no chairs or tables to be able to sit and eat take out or sit other than the bed.
